170913 - Deep Mudd Part 2 (TOS Era Mission)

Today the crew of the USS Veracruz completed it's mission set back in the era of Captain Kirk and the original Enterprise. Our brave and daring crew all took on roles aboard the Constitution Class USS Hood. In addition to playing characters from a different time, we mixed things up even more by placing everyone in a different branch then they would usually serve. Overall, it was an amazing time, and everyone enjoyed the chance to "time shift" and play a different character. IT was a very entertaining way to celebrate Star trek's 51st anniversary, and if you missed the opportunity to guest star aboard the USS Hood, be sure to mark your calendar for next September, when we will once again revisit the USS Hood for Star Trek's 52nd anniversary!

For our second part, the crew of the USS Hood first found the pirates, and found them to be much more heavily armed then their size and class of ship normally would be expected to be. It was only after a close battle that the USS Hood reached the colony, and discovered that a visitor to the colony had sold weapons he had discovered. That visitor was the infamous Harcourt Fenton Mudd. Yes, Harry Mudd has made yet another appearance, and he seemed genuinely surprised that it wasn't the Enterprise that had found him.
