Description

Manages one of the four Cadet Companies and reports to the Vice Commandant

The Cadet Company Commanders (CCOs) are experienced officers within the group who are responsible for overseeing of newcomers and cadets currently in training.

Tasks

• Welcomes new cadets into UFS
• Invites new cadets into the Company
• Offers guidance to incoming cadets
• Monitors and updates the Cadet Roster
• Sends out Termination Notices
• Makes the weekly Commencement Report to the Vice Commandant
• Performs an inspection of the cadet uniforms, titlers , etc. once per week (this to guarantee that the uniforms are worn the correct way)
• Attendance to official UFS Academy functions is mandatory!

• Protocols and Procedures
• Simulator Training - 4hrs min
• UFS Ethics
• Chain of Command
• Command Protocols I: Starship & Starbase Command
• Bridge Duty Stations

Electives

These classes must be taken within X number of days of taking the billet

• Effective Delegation
• Introduction to Leadership
• Space Sickness
