Surprise Raid on Federation Facilities.
Stardate:110311
Elements of the Myrmidon Order supported a Klingon surprise raid on a Federation Pinastri in Federation Space. Dispatch by a Klingon Battle Cruiser a Myrmidons team along with elements of Klingon Warriors reach Pinastri and set charges causing severe damage. Starfleet Marines responded in full force. Their forces taking heavy sniper fire from Kyle Asbrink pushed them back. They release a unit of killer drones to cover The Myrmidons as they took their wounded and beam back to the Cruiser however majority of the Myrmidons was wiped out by a Picard's squad while on the ground.
Starfleet Marines made a gallant effort using drop pods to take control of the Klingon Cruiser, charges was set after clearing out most of the ship, the charges nearly destroyed the ship. The Battle cruiser eventually made it out to Myrmidon space and met a Myrmidon Gunship that took back the wounded.
This was a bold intrusion into Federation space and luckily a failure, but even then at a high cost. It is likely they plan more forays in Federation space to establish a forward post to monitor all Federations communication and Traffic. They will not be deterred.
