Mission Report - 150223

A couple crew members were injured as the result of ruptured EPS conduits. Fortunately, the conduits were not primary feeders, minimizing the damage, but were still indicative of a more major problem. Engineering believed the problem was due to routine replacement of several EPS relays, whose shipping manifest indicated they came from a new supplier. Individual systems were systematically shutdown as engineering teams went in to replace the new relays with the older, but still functioning relays and a new shipment was ordered from the earlier supplier. Both crewmembers injured in the initial incident are expected to have a full recovery.
