We currently have a vacancy in UFSMC for the position of Commanding Officer of UFSMC Training and Doctrine Command (TRACOM).
Training and Doctrine Command (TRACOM) is charged with the development and update of all Marine Training Manuals, Classes and MOS Certifications.
This person will also work closely with COFORCECOM and the UFS Academy leadership on training and development opportunities for UFSMC to include recruitment and retention opportunities.
In short, we are looking for a person hungry with ideas that can work with a team to explore new avenues for enhancing the department and its mission.
